A standout project in this ongoing transformation is Spartan Village, a vibrant student housing community designed to foster connection and support.
Inspired by southern living and new urbanism principles, Spartan Village features dormitories with porches, balconies, and inviting outdoor spaces. Students enjoy a choice of living arrangements, complemented by a renovated dining hall, central lounge, nurse's office, and shared laundry — creating a comfortable and engaging residential experience.
