The Melrose Senior Housing Facility is located near North Avenue and 1st Avenue in Melrose Park, Illinois. This 95-unit residence incorporates both senior condominium and rental units in one five-story, brick-faced pre-cast concrete building. The facility also provides its residents with a meeting room, offices, a day room, mail and receiving area, clinic area, laundry, tenant storage and a multi-purpose recreational area. It is fully accessible in accordance with ADA and IHDA standards.
