Heritage Place Condominiums, one of the multi-family residences owned by Cambridge Homes, is located in downtown Libertyville at Church and 1st Streets. Cordogan, Clark & Associates was commissioned to design these two brick adorned buildings in a manner that illustrate the commitment that Cambridge Homes has towards comfort, design, and detail. CCA developed nine different floor plans for the individual units, allowing the buildings to accommodate residents with different living requirements. The development contains a heated underground parking structure and provides residents with a secure lobby equipped with a video entry system. Each unit has an elegantly detailed courtyard patio or private balcony that allows for great views of downtown Libertyville.
