Neumann Homes commissioned Cordogan, Clark and Associates to design its 60,000 square foot main headquarters in the Warrenville Canterra Campus. The building incorporates Neumann Homes' Interior Design Showroom. The glass atrium entrance provides a showcase and focal point from which themes from precast and glass elements are repeated. The interplay of precast and glass detailing gives the structure clean mass and lines, heightening the venture. Window walls bring in generous outside light while providing views of the surrounding environment throughout the interior. This is a very efficiently designed office building.
