Management Profile

Michael is responsible for overseeing each project team through design, construction document, and construction administration phases, along with general office operations.

With 25 years of experience, he has a direct, detailed knowledge of the specifics of construction materials, methods, and sequencing of projects. His management skills in effecting quality control and technical standards throughout the design and construction phases have been essential to the success of firm projects, particularly in terms of scheduling and budget.

Michael organizes and participates in regular quality improvement meetings, which address any quality issues affecting our client's projects and our in-house operations. Michael conducts quality management meetings with each technical department and support group within our organization.

He is also instrumental in our firm's systems for controlling construction costs, continually monitoring budgets and cost estimates and reporting this information to the client.
