Logan University - Campus Expansion

Our St. Louis office is heading an exciting campus expansion and redesign for Logan University, which offers the flagship Doctor of Chiropractic degree, Doctorate of Health Professions Education, the innovative Masters of Science degree, and Bachelor's degrees.

Lead by Dr. Clay McDonald, DC, MBA, JD, President of Logan University, the Trustees are embarking on an ambitious expansion program to create a sustainable future. The expansion program includes three buildings a on a 112-acrea site, and redesign of plazas and common areas, to create a world renowned destination campus.

● The Science Building consists of the 44,400 GSF of renovation and expansion, providing state-of-the-art anatomy labs that include 40 dissection tables with supporting amphitheaters with tiered seating, an anatomage lab that employs the latest digital technology, a multitude of specialized science labs for hands-on learning, study areas that support collaborative learning, and faculty spaces to meet with students. The Science Building will provide one of the best learning environments in the country.

● The new 3-story 101,200 GSF Academic Building will include provide an exciting hub for both student and community-use. The main floor includes a friendly "grab and go bar," a large 2-story dining hall that expands out to Goodman Plaza, and a serving area that provides a wide variety of foods and beverages. The food service program will support catering for the adjacent Purser Center, that consists of a 1500 seat auditorium with a 10,000 SF lobby to support many major events. The first floor also includes the expansion of The Clinic, that provides hands-on experience for students with patients. The bookstore and student center also supports both visitors and students. The second floor consists of the multiple labs in the Assessment & Simulation Center which includes a simulated hospital wing that provides real-world experience. The third floor includes Technique/Clinical Labs for the doctoral chiropractic program that provides hands-on learning.

● The existing Administration Building includes the renovation necessary to repurpose areas to serve the following areas: Alumni & Development, HR, Compliance, Media & Technology to support the expansion of digital learning, Student Services that support efficient serving of students, classrooms and faculty offices.
