80/20 Inc. has been producing high quality aluminum fabrications for industrial and commercial use since the early 90's. They had outgrown their administration office space and needed space to expand. They also wanted to create a new company image for 80/20, to show their clients and customers the same innovative spirit in their building project as in the products they produced.
To showcase their most creative and new products, 80/20 asked Keystone Architecture to incorporate many of their produced products into the design of the building. Keystone used 80/20 products in such new and unique ways as ceiling systems, balcony and stairway railing, cabinetry, and interior glass framed wall systems.
The result is a creative, unique design incorporating many 80/20 products, many in ways they have never been used in a building.
The project consists of a three-story addition featuring a new spacious entry and lobby, a large beautiful new multipurpose training theater, and a fun and creative "think tank" on the third floor. The addition also includes new open office areas for staff, a spacious conference center, and a two-story atrium with a dramatic staircase and elevator.
Project Bids came in approximately 1% under the Architect's construction estimates, further confirming Keystone's ability to deliver a quality, creative product for the budget allocated.
